Yes, we operate every day and every hour!

How long does it take for my money to arrive in another country?

Transfers are instantaneous. However, due to systems and connections, the money may take a few minutes to arrive. We estimate no more than 5. 🏃🏃

Do I need to have a bank account or credit card to send and receive money?

No! By having the Skopa App downloaded and having logged in people can send and receive money – no bank account is required!

How much do I get charged for transferring money?

Zero. We do not charge fees, commissions or taxes for transferring money.

What is the limit of money to send and receive through Skopa?

Do I have to pay a fee for having a Skopa card?

The issuance of the card has a cost of USD o for a virtual card and USD 10 + shipping for physical cards. Then, there is no maintenance or usage fee!

Are there any charges that are obviously not shown to me?

No, all the charges that are made will be shown in the detail of your transactions. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated.

What happens if I make a mistake in the data to send money?

Skopa is not responsible for unforced errors. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to make sure that this mistake does not cost you dearly!
Always remember to check your transaction before confirming.

Can I stop a transfer that has already been sent?

No, transfers that have already been sent cannot be cancelled. But you can contact us to solve the problem and if we are in time, we will stop it!

How do I know that the cryptocurrencies behind it will not lose their value from one moment to the next?
